Paid Media Manager


Job Description

SilverFox SEO is seeking a Paid Media Manager to manage all pay-per-click (PPC) and paid social media marketing activities. This individual should possess high quality strategic and execution capabilities in the paid media realm for clients of scale. As a paid media mastermind, you will plan, manage and optimize portions of our clients’ online marketing programs. 


  • Optimize campaign performance against established KPIs

  • Track, measure and report online marketing performance

  • Evaluate and recommend new online marketing opportunities

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams on a regular basis

  • Manage budgets and bids for multiple platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads

  • Provide constructive feedback regarding landing page performance/conversion rate optimization

  • Work with clients and internal stakeholders to implement new campaigns and strategies

  • Perform traffic analysis in Google Analytics related to paid digital traffic and other sources/mediums



  • Have at least 2 years of Paid Search experience

  • Hold a current Google Ads Certification

  • Expert knowledge and experience working with Google Ads & Facebook Ads Manager

  • Knowledge of Google Display and Video 360 or other programmatic marketing platforms is a plus

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, and Google Analytics

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and proven ability to leverage data to make intelligent, actionable business decisions

  • Hard-working, creative and eager to learn and expand knowledge of online direct marketing

  • Qualified applicants should possess the ability to independently develop ideas and strategies that lead to success and the growth of our client’s marketing programs
